tsoHost is now part of 123 Reg. We’ve come together to bring our customers the best possible platform for online success. If you're an existing tsoHost customer, your products will soon be migrated to 123 Reg. You will be able to enjoy your services just as you did before, with no changes to your domains, websites, or other products. For further information, please visit tsoHost’s migration FAQ.
Will I need to create a new account with 123 Reg?
If you’re an existing tsoHost customer, you won’t need to create a new account. Your tsoHost account information will be transferred to 123 Reg, and you’ll be able to log in using your tsoHost credentials. If you're not a tsoHost or 123 Reg customer, you can create a new account.
How can I access my products on 123 Reg?
Simply log in to the Control Panel to view, modify, and manage all your products under the 'My products' tab. You will also be able to view your personal and account information. For help, please read the following support article: How do I access and manage my products?
Will there be any changes to my domains, websites, and other products?
Your existing domains, websites, email, and all other products will remain unchanged. Rest assured, you’ll continue to enjoy the same services as always, but managed through the 123 Reg Control Panel.
What should I do if I’ve forgotten my password or I’m having trouble logging in?
If you've forgotten your password or you’re having trouble logging in, you can reset your password by clicking the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password. For more help, please read the following article: How do I reset my 123 Reg account password?
